Fresh, homemade deliciousness!!
We ordered the loca, queso, Pollo, and camarona papusa. They were all delicious. Flavorful and large portions.
Also ordered the Desayuno which was a full traditional Salvadorian breakfast.
If they have the fresca de tamarindo get it!! Sweet tastyness in a glass.
Service is great.
All food is made fresh so allow time to have your food cooked with love. Its absolutely worth the wait. -

I went on a Sunday and it was very packed which I usually see as a good sign but service was pretty slow. It's only because they hand make all of their items and it's made from scratch. I recommend this for a weeknight snack on the way home from work. If you're in a rush I wouldn't recommend.
I got the pork pupusa and the fried plantain empanada. I HIGHLY recommend the pupusa but the plantain empanada was a little too sweet for my tasting.
Overall food was really good and a decent size for the price! -

The only other place that gives 'El Chalate' competition. I'm from El Salvador & also raised in L.A. It's been very hard finding a decent pupuseria here in CO. This place is not otherworldly, but their pupusas are tasty. The curtido (pickled cabbage) is good, & so is their salsa. It's a little more pricey than 'El Chalate', but that's due to their pupusas being bigger. You're good only eating two.

Affordable. Tasty. Good service. It literally tasted like when I worked in El Salvador. Nice find

How could I have not eaten here before? The chicken tamale was fantastic, as was the pork and cheese rice pupusas. Very friendly service, clean and inexpensive. I had never had food from El Salvador before, but it was delicious!!
Update 12/8/18 Took a friend in for some pupusas today. I have not been in since I gave up dairy, but I had them special order some rice pupusas with just bean and zucchini, no cheese and let me tell you they were out of this world!
